I started my loc journey with Tanyika on June 17, 2022. I had the consultation a few weeks prior to the install. I knew the day I met her that she was about her business. (She also has beautiful locs). She explained her policies and also suggested that I read through again. It is all on her website. Crazy thing is that I started contemplating locs almost 2 years prior. I reached out to a friend who had started her journey at that time and she recommended Tanyika.

I had also found her on the sister loc website. Fast forward, in 2022 I decided I really wanted them. I reached out to another friend who had started her journey in 2021ish. She gave me Tanyika’s name even though she wasn’t her loctician. Her work speaks volumes! So I made the leap. It was the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m glad I made it with Tanyika. She is professional yet personable.

We have good conversations and she is ALWAYS on time! If there is a problem scheduling, she finds a way to accommodate your needs. I also have 2 coworkers that are clients as well. One of them has a sister that travels from another state just to see her. I’m truly satisfied.
